Seven-week Nastia Liukin Cup Series begins this weekend in Duluth, Ga.

INDIANAPOLIS (January 4, 2023) – The 2023 Nastia Liukin Cup Series will get underway Friday, as the Atlanta Crown Invitational in Duluth, Ga., kicks off qualifying competition for this year’s annual national showdown for women’s Level 10 athletes, slated to take place February 24 in Louisville, Ky. Over the coming weeks, 20 invitational meets will determine the 40 gymnasts who will compete at the 14th-annual Nastia Liukin Cup at Freedom Hall located within the Kentucky Exposition Center. One junior and one senior gymnast from each invitational will clinch their spot in the 2023 field, with qualifications set to conclude February 20.

The Nastia Liukin Cup was launched in 2010 by 2008 Olympic all-around gold medalist Nastia Liukin and features many of the top USA Gymnastics Women’s Development Program Level 10 athletes. Multiple Olympic and World medalists are veterans of the event, which will crown all-around winners from among 20 junior and 20 senior gymnasts competing in their respective divisions. Participants will receive event apparel from GK Elite and an opportunity to meet Liukin at a celebratory brunch ahead of the competition.

This year’s Nastia Liukin Cup will once again be held in conjunction with USA Gymnastics’ annual Winter Cup and Elite Team Cup. Tickets for the event will go on sale soon. Please register here if you would like to be notified when they become available.
