Q: When and why did you first become interested in gymnastics?
A: Like any other typical toddler I just couldn’t sit still and would teach myself flips on my mom’s bed.
Q: Do you have any good/funny memories from when you first started taking gymnastics classes?
A: I remember my mom telling me that I couldn’t do the mommy and me classes because I would always go off on my own and didn’t really like to listen.
Q: What is your training regimen? Was that a big change when you made the switch to competitive gymnastics?
A: I train 30 hours a week- Monday thru Saturday

A: Bailie Key and Aly Raisman
Q: How has gymnastics helped you as a person?
A: It has helped me mature and be able to make my own wise decisions. You have to grow up a lot faster when you are a gymnast.
Q: What are your biggest accomplishments or best memories in your career?
A: Qualifying elite and making it to the P&G Championships, placing top eight at Championships and qualifying to Nastia Cup
Q: What grade are you in school, and where do you go to school?
A: 9th grade – Lakeland Christian Academy
Q: Do you want to compete in collegiate gymnastics?
A: Yes, I am verbally committed to UCLA
Q: If you plan to go to college, do you know what you want to study there?
A: Something in the medical field.

A: Both my brothers played high school baseball, and one of them won state in 2012.
Q: Do you have any competition rituals? Lucky charms?
A: I always pray before competitions.
Q: What’s on your IPod right now? What type of music do enjoy listening to? How about before a meet when you’re trying to get focused and pumped up?
A: I don’t really listen to music before competitions. Instead, I play with my Rubik’s cube; it calms me down as nerdy as that sounds.
