When and why did you first become interested in gymnastics? My parents put me in gymnastics when I was two years old and I never stopped going.
When did you decide you wanted to compete? And, when did you want to compete at a high level? What about competition appeals to you? I love competing with my teammates.
What is your training regimen? Six days/week, 5 hours/day

How has gymnastics helped you as a person? Gymnastics has helped me learn how to manage my time, work hard, and be and uplifting and supportive teammate.

What grade are you in school? I’m a tenth grader
Do you want to compete in collegiate gymnastics? Yes, I am committed to UC Berkley.
What are your favorite subjects, etc.? Spanish and Math
If you plan to go to college, do you know what you want to study there? Engineering
What are your goals for the future, both as an athlete and after you are finished competing? I hope to finish out my J.O. season with a national title and compete with an amazing team in college.
When you’re not in the gym, how do you enjoy spending your time? I love spending time with my friends.

A: I love being part of a team and performing.

A: I train 34 hours a week.
